How tonight’s discussion can help you navigate your child’s journey.

Every student with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and their parents will face a process to transition from high school. In order to prepare a student with an IEP for a successful transition from high school to postsecondary education, employment, and/or independent living, we will be addressing your concerns. Dr. Kardos is an expert in evaluating, assessing and implementing transition plans, no matter what direction the student takes. We are looking forward to our conversation with Dr. Kardos discussing the process, what would work best based on the student’s needs, and the results from a transition assessment.
