The Jewish Child Care Association’s Bridges Program, which is part of Project Compass, offers residential/independent living, academic, and vocational support programs to young adults in college with Asperger’s, autism, and nonverrbal learning disabilities. This program collaborates with local JCC’s and the following local NYC area colleges: Manhattanville College, Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), SUNY Purchase, the OASIS Program at Pace University’s NYC Campus, Queensborough Community College, Long Island University C.W. Post Campus, and Adelphi University. CT residents can apply for this program.
