U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division has intervened in a lawsuit challenging the Law School Admission Councils’ processing of requests for reasonable accommodations submitted by applicants with disabilities who are taking the LSAT exam. The lawsuit alleges that the Law School Admission Council has systematically violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.
