Westport, CT: Special Education Law CLE Lunchtime Workshop for Attorneys and Legal Professionals

Attorney Lawrence Berliner is the speaker at the special education law continuing legal education (CLE) lunchtime workshop presented by the Westport-Weston Chapter of the Connecticut Bar Association.
The workshop will take place on March 21st, 2019 from 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Community Hall (VFW), 465 Riverside Avenue, Westport, CT 06880.
Attorney Berliner will present information on basic special education law to assist attorneys with an understanding on how special education law can be incorporated into other practice areas such as family law, trusts and estates, and personal injury. Topics will include referrals to special education, eligibility, development of the IEP (Individualized Education Plan), and what constitutes a free appropriate public education.
The cost for this program is $20 for member and non-member attorneys and legal professionals in all practice areas. A buffet lunch is included.
